LOVE CITY COUNTRY MUSIC FEST IS AN ALL AGES EVENT
V.I.P. credentials must be present for entry to all V.I.P. designated areas. If passes received via mail please do not lose - NO replacements will be re-issued. V.I.P. credentials pre-arranged for will-call pick up must be approved prior to day of show.
Performance set times may vary from the published schedule. Artists and lineup are subject to change. Be early - don't miss a minute of this weekend and event lineup.
All flights for St. John arrive on St. Thomas (airport code: STT), there is no airport on St. John. Ground transportation is available from the airport to the Red Hook ferry terminal to catch a ferry to St. John. Refer to the "Where To Stay" page for details on recommended hotels, villas, condos, rental cars and boat charters. Caneel Bay is the official resort of the Love City Country Music Festival.
St. John is very fortunate to have an incredible taxi (safari) service. They are always around at all times of the day and night to take you wherever you need to go.
\\PASENGER FERRY SERVICE
Ferry services will be running at all times during this event to accommodate people traveling to and from St. Thomas and Tortola. Extended ferry schedule will be posted closer to the event date.

There is no cost to attend this event however a passport and transportation will be required. Charter boat or USVI to BVI ferry (Inter Island Boat service) will be required - see Beach Party ferry schedule HERE. See BOAT CHARTERS for listings.
There will be NO on-site storage for personal belongings. LCCMF will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damaged personal effects, mobile phones, etc. of any kind.
Re-entry policy to any respective venue will be annouced closer to event date.
There will NOT be an ATM inside the event venue. There are ATM's located in many of the downtown bars and restaurants as well as FirstBank, Banco Popular and the Marketplace shopping center. ATM's on St. John often run out of cash... plan ahead!
Advanced purchase online ticketing will be "print-at-home" on-demand after completing the purchase process - PRINT TICKETS BEFORE LEAVING FOR ST. JOHN - the event ticketing staff will NOT print tickets on-site day of the show. If multi-day passes are purchased you will receive (2) individual day tickets. PRINT BOTH TICKETS as you will need the respective days ticket for each event. PLEASE HOLD ON TO YOUR TICKETS WHEN TRAVELING - Absolutely NO replacements will be issued. Tickets may be available locally at various outlets at a later date - please check the tickets page for updated information.
\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE
Will-call is available but must be pre-arranged with event ticketing staff. I.D. will be required to obtain will-call tickets.
Wristbands will be required at all venues and will be issued upon venue entry and ticket scanning. If any wristband is deemed tampered with LCCMF staff or Security personnel reserves the right to deny entry.
\\ENTRY & SECURITY
All items will be searched at time of venue entry. See "Items Allowed" below for acceptable items list. Security personnel reserves the right to remove anyone suspected of causing crowd control issues and/or jeopardizing attendee safety.
This is an ALL AGES event however alcoholic beverages will be served. Anyone drinking alcohol must be at least 18 years of age with valid government issued I.D. and a wristband.
This is a rain or shine (we hope for shine) event - after all we are in the Caribbean. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE FESTIVAL GATES OF THE VENUE. IN ADDITION TO ITEMS SPECIFICALLY LISTED HERE, OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY BE DEEMED TO PRESENT A POTENTIAL HINDRANCE OR THREAT MAY ALSO BE PROHIBITED:
Animals (exception for certified service animals)
Bags or parcels larger than 12” x 12” x 20”
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts or other unauthorized means of transportation
Coolers, thermoses or ice chests
Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
Food and beverage (sealed, individual, plastic bottles of water are allowed, two per person)
Fireworks, explosives or other incendiary devices
Glass or metal containers of any style
Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, balloons, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
Tents or canopies
Video cameras, audio recording devices and tripods; no video recording of artist performances may be allowed by many of the performers
Cameras with a professional detachable lens (camera policies are dictated by the artist and subject to change on a show-by-show basis.)
Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs
All bags, purses, backpacks and persons are subject to screening by security personnel. Fans entering the Festival venues should prepare accordingly. Ticket holders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items to them when such items are left at the venue entrances. Patrons are encouraged to leave all banned items at home or in their vehicles before entering the venue. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility. Smoking will only be allowed in designated areas. The resale of admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes the facility’s grounds and surrounding areas. All security measures are subject to change without notice.
